You work with a Certified Yoga Therapist in a private yoga therapy session. There is a written and verbal intake process where the Yoga Therapist learns about any health concerns and your goals. During the sessions, you may be guided through evidence-based breathing exercises, meditations, hand mudras and yoga poses for your specific needs. You are given a home practice sheet, so you can start a home practice based on what you learn during the session.

Hiya! The name is Tiff. Who am I? What a question...am I right? First off…. I am an alien...not of this world. This is how I’ve always gone through life….with this perspective of myself that I was so different than others that would surround me. I was always treated so differently by children-as a child myself. I was always the ‘weird one’ the ‘creep’….if you will. I’ve taken great hold of these titles...and I have embraced and welcomed them in. I am also a recovering addict. And now, a yoga instructor. By stumbling upon yoga, I have learned the most magical of all tools….that anyone could ever uphold…..and I am here to spread the word lemme tell you. Tools that will set you free. As a recovering addict….once I found yoga…..it rocked my entire living world upside down (in the best ways possible). For I had taken on a new form…. A new form with new powers…. Extremely strong powers. Powers that taught me how to cope...not just cope...but how to heal, how to love, how to feel, how to calm, and most of all how to LIVE. My favorite yogas to teach is definitely restorative at this moment in time. I teach Yin, Props (obsessed), Iyengar, Ashtanga, pretty much anything as long as it isn’t Hot Yoga….i don’t want to die yet- and I am a delicate flower that will melt instantly.I’ve been very involved in trauma yoga lately. That being said… I am now molding myself to be the best trauma conscience yoga instructor that I can be. I am positive and ready for literally ANYTHING! Bring it on Mercury Retrograde!
