Yoga AND AYURVEDA CENTER
My name is John Stanoff I am a mobility and wellbeing practitioner specialising in neuromuscular therapies - I have practiced yoga for over 15 years and share the benefits I have experienced by teaching people how to move more efficiently and how to restore internal calm after disruptive events or situations.
Steph has 25 years of experience in yoga and movement. Her understanding of yoga and the human body has been influenced by lifelong dancing and holistic health. Steph assists her students in knowing the joy and wonderment of integrating the mind and body. She encourages an authentic and life-nurturing practice, one that brings greater consciousness to each moment and every movement of the body with a heavy emphasis on breath.
With a masters degree in counseling, Stephanie brings fun, acceptance and a down to earth approach to her classes. She completed her second 200 hour training with Nancy Candea at Yoga Impact in New Jersey and her 300 hour training with Chris Loebsack at Boundless Yoga Studio in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. She completed her pelvic yoga teacher training with Leslie Howard and restorative yoga teacher training with Lauren Eckstrom.

Arunima Esha, "Ron," is a graduate of the San Diego College of Ayurveda, also having studied at the California College of Ayurveda. He brings healing to his clients through a holistic approach that combines diet, lifestyle, herbs and unique Ayurveda treatments. He does not approach health in the "one size fits all" approach that is typically found in western medicine, but instead uses a customized approach for each individual client that is based on the client's personal health and on the root of the problem rather than the symptoms.
Ron founded Yoga & Ayurveda Center with his wife, Steph. He is a certified Tai Chi Instructor, as well as Chi Gong. He also offers restorative yoga. When he is not working with clients, he likes to vacation with his wife and children.
“The greatest control is the beauty in understand when it is necessary and when it is holding you hostage.” Yoga over the past years have taught me that very lesson. Releasing the control during chaos and remaining peaceful has saved my heart from explosion and my mind from anxiety attacks. Through my practices of Hatha Yoga and Pranayama, I have found my grace. When one has begin to master the elegance of freeing one’s soul, the next reasonable move is to guide other’s in freeing their souls as well. It’s contagious and an amazing feeling to spread a loving practice like yoga! So, I, Artasia Green, a small town Mississippian whose environment was ignorant of this practice, have decided to dedicate peacefully the art of Yoga.
Hiya! The name is Tiff. Who am I? What a question...am I right? First off…. I am an alien...not of this world. This is how I’ve always gone through life….with this perspective of myself that I was so different than others that would surround me. I was always treated so differently by children-as a child myself. I was always the ‘weird one’ the ‘creep’….if you will. I’ve taken great hold of these titles...and I have embraced and welcomed them in. I am also a recovering addict. And now, a yoga instructor. By stumbling upon yoga, I have learned the most magical of all tools….that anyone could ever uphold…..and I am here to spread the word lemme tell you. Tools that will set you free. As a recovering addict….once I found yoga…..it rocked my entire living world upside down (in the best ways possible). For I had taken on a new form…. A new form with new powers…. Extremely strong powers. Powers that taught me how to cope...not just cope...but how to heal, how to love, how to feel, how to calm, and most of all how to LIVE. My favorite yogas to teach is definitely restorative at this moment in time. I teach Yin, Props (obsessed), Iyengar, Ashtanga, pretty much anything as long as it isn’t Hot Yoga….i don’t want to die yet- and I am a delicate flower that will melt instantly.I’ve been very involved in trauma yoga lately. That being said… I am now molding myself to be the best trauma conscience yoga instructor that I can be. I am positive and ready for literally ANYTHING! Bring it on Mercury Retrograde!
