Vinyasa - Enjoy a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, mindfully integrating smooth body movements with breath. Yoga poses will be used to help build endurance, flexibility, and strength.


​Beginner's Flow​ --  Beginner's Flow is a slower-paced flow class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and other poses fundamental to a Vinyasa practice. Props and modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures.


Ashtanga - Ashtanga in Sanskrit means eight-limbed path. As taught by Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois this set sequence of postures will challenge you with its repetition of chaturanga (a push-up/plank transition) and will take you through a wide variety of postures building strength, boosting stamina, improving flexibility and concentration, and purifying your body through sweat.  This class is with Rocio and beginners are welcome.

Holistic Yoga Flow -strengthens and invigorates the body through power vinyasa. Power vinyasa encompasses strength, balance, flexibility, stamina and detoxification, all within the context of a seamless, unbroken flow that links breath with movement. We like to think of it as an athletic meditation in motion. Holistic Yoga Flow goes beyond the physical to incorporate pranayama, chanting, meditation, subtle anatomy, philosophy, mythology, ayurvedic medicine and lifestyle components.

Tai Chi - Simple and graceful forms and effortless motions swirl round to unite the energies of the heavens and earth.  Beginners welcome. 


Tai Chi Solo Form - The foundation practice of T'ai Chi Ch'uan is called the solo form.  It contains a series of movements performed at a slow and relaxed pace.  Each Solo Form class begins with warm-ups; gentle stretches and joint release movements designed to prepare you for T'ai Chi practice and Qi'gong (chee gong, meaning energy work).  Qigong is simple movement combined with breathing and a quiet mind.  Different qigong practices are taught in each solo form class: 1) energy spheres qigong, 2) 6 healing sounds, 3) cosmic orbit qigong, 4) internal qi'breathing qigong.

Yoga Foundations – This is a beginners flow class with Betsy that will help you build your foundation in yoga.  Let's start with the basics and then we will get you flowing.  We all need a solid foundation.  Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.

Introduction to Yoga – Start your practice on the right foot. Yoga & Ayurveda Center offers beginner level classes specifically designed for those new to yoga. Basic postures and breathing techniques will be introduced in a warm and inviting environment for those who cannot touch their toes.

Yoga for Core – Fire up your entire core!  You will restore and strengthen all muscles in the core.  This class focuses primarily on firing up your abdominals and back muscles while strengthening the spine.  Movements are connected to breath and we use yoga poses and practices to sculpt and tone the core.  All levels.  Beginners welcome


Sweet & Spicy Vinyasa  - This vinyasa class offers a little challenge mixed with a little relaxation.  We will bring the heat and then find sweet relaxation.  Open to all levels.


Super Sweaty Vinyasa​ - This vinyasa class promises dynamic movements and a slight cardio element. Enjoy a burst of energy at the end of the day. This class will be challenging, fun, and will open you up to feel alive. Expect challenging flows, multiple variations and a lot of love.


​Gentle Flow ​-- This class moves slowly and gently through yoga poses; combining a mild flow with restorative poses and yin (stretching) poses.  Meditation (inward reflection) and pranayama (breath work) are also a part of this class to assist in the journey of  finding stillness and awareness of the  moment.  This class  invites you into a peaceful environment to rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit, and find deep inner peace.
**This class is suitable for students of all levels; including those who are working with injuries or physical restrictions.

Mellow Flow -- A slow, but dynamic prana filled flow class led by the breath. Traditional and non-traditional postures, unique sequences, and meditation blend together to build strength in the legs and core while increasing flexibility in the hips and spine. 


A.M. Yoga Warm-Up -- Our muscles and momentum get jammed up when we don’t take the time to release and reset on the regular. This hour will focus on loosening the body, expelling tension, stirring the blood, remembering our strength, and testing balance. We will be doing a bit of everything so we have just enough to walk out feeling refreshed and ready to face the rest of the week. It’s a warmup!

Restorative Yoga - Learn the art of relaxation. A quiet, inward focused practice that uses supported passive postures to deeply relax the body, replenish prana (or energy) and restore clarity to the mind. Prepare for bliss! A great class for all levels including beginners.

Qi Gong - Using gentle movements, deep breathing, and colorful visualizations, this medical form of chi gong helps keep energy - or Chi – flowing throughout the body. This class will help restore vitality, increase energy, and impart a full sense of overall well-being.


Stretch and Tone -- Combining mat pilates with soothing yoga stretches, this class offers a little toning and strengthening with a little stretching and relaxation.

Ayurveda Balance Session – Check in to find out what you can do to help bring your body back into balance.  Take a dosha quiz and get immediate assistance with health issues you are experiencing.

** Great Wall of Yoga -- Come hang out with us in this off-the-wall class, which uses gravity and adjustable straps to help open the spine and develop strong core muscles.  You will discover the yoga wall in the Iyengar tradition and open the shoulders, increase upper body awareness, broaden your range of motion, as you deepen your experience of inversions, back bends and other poses.

**Not included in any class card or unlimited class package.  Classes are $35 each, by appt only.

Barre -Fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.  Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.   

Zumba – Come dance your way into a fit body! 


Yoga Glute Camp – Fun, high energy class that will target the hips, legs, core and booty to create greater stability in the body.Tone, shape and firm your glutes with a fusion of yoga and pilates.  Create a strong lower body while easing back pain and maintaining yogic style breathing techniques.

“Golden Program” Classes (Seniors)

Power Nap - With the help of props and pillows, you will be guided through a series of gentle stretches to promote total relaxation and rest. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and revitalized.

Chair Yoga - Chair Yoga is a gentle class that uses modified yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair, or standing and using the chair for support

Chair Qi Gong – Deep healing in a chair!  Using gentle movements, deep breathing, and colorful visualizations, this medical form of chi gong helps keep energy - or Chi – flowing throughout the body. This class will help restore vitality, increase energy, and impart a full sense of overall well-being.

Gentle Mat Yoga for Seniors
- Explore the basics of Ancient Yoga through postures, breath work, and meditation. Designed for beginners, although all levels are welcome.

Zumba Gold - Perfect class if you are new to Zumba or for those of you who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.


Yoga for Women -- Designed to honor being a woman through gentle, nurturing asana & ancient yogic wisdom. Poses focus on the endocrine system and the pelvic floor. All levels. Beginners welcome.  Prenatal and Postnatal safe.
